The other choice is "Find a Printer", with three options that don't apply to my stand alone, non-networked PC: "Enter a printer address", "Search for Network Printers", and "Search for Print Shares".

Since Windows 10 came out, at every major Windows update, I have had to uninstall the printer and reinstall it.
